Which is your favourite sneaker and why did it resonate with you?
All White Nike AF1's or a brand new pair of Adidas Superstar's in White with the Black Stripes. There's just something about those 2 pairs that's always been timeless yet relevant, regardless of if it's Run DMC rapping about them or your best friend wearing a scuffed pair.
If you had to pick one sneaker jordan 4 black cat brand as your favourite, which one would it be?
Nike. No has done as much for footwear as they have.
What advice would you give to our readers if they want to start collecting sneakers?
Be true to yourself. Don't go out and spend mad $$ on a pair just because everyone else wants them. Buy what you can afford and what you want.
It really doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. They can be a tattered and muddy pair of Vans Checkerboard's that are more valuable to you than a pair of Nike Mag's, but at the end of the day, they're only as valuable as the value you give them.
How do you clean and store your sneakers?
Keep them in the Original Box, Dust Bags (preferably both) or good old plastic bags. As for cleaning, dry-cleaning is an easy option but, nothing works as good as a toothbrush and toothpaste.
Where do you normally buy your sneakers from? (Online or brick and mortar stores)
9/10 times it is online. Unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of free time like I did when I was younger so I very rarely ever go to a store specifically to buy a pair of sneakers.
How did you get the itch to start collecting sneakers?
It was something I was always deprived of, growing up, since we come from modest beginnings. When I began to earn some coin, I began buying any sneaker I could get my hands on. However, since January 2017, I am consciously only acquiring/buying exclusive sneakers.
According to you, what makes a sneaker valuable and why?
Fewer the pairs released, use of jordan 4 black cat unconventional fabric/material/tech and Celebrity sign offs. i.e., if you are purely materialistic. A sneaker can be valuable merely by virtue of it being a present from someone who loves you, or a purchase from your first pay cheque.
