Make sure that the option to print in color is on in order to avoid having to have issues such as my Canon Printer isn't producing color prints. Here's how to check this:
- Click in the Start menu of your PC.
- Click on Settings, and select"Printer and Scanner" option "Printer and Scanner" option.
- Select your Canon printer from the list of printers.
- Select the "Properties" tab.
- Make sure you've activated the option to print in color. If not, you should enable it and see whether the issue has been solved.
