Categories of shroom microdose benefits and challenges

Microdosing is a relatively recent phenomenon that involves the very small intake of some popular psychedelic hallucinogens or other drugs.

Importantly, this is a very small amount of shroom microdose, which is not enough to cause the "travel" or hallucinations often associated with these drugs.

As the Journal of Psychopharmacology study points out, the technical definition of microdose is the dose of drug, which is only 1% of the effective dose.

However, the more general term for microdosing (a small portion of the "normal dose") is rather ambiguous because it does not provide a defined number. Therefore, the generally accepted definition is a small amount that does not cause addiction or significant changes in consciousness.

Anecdotal evidence suggests that people tend to take small doses and then regular or semi-regular long-term doses. The period of use varies from person to person.

The intent of microdosing is also different from the intent of normal use of psychedelics or hallucinogens. Many people use high doses of psychedelic for self-examination, recreation, or mental purposes. Microdozers, on the other hand, tend to take these doses to improve well-being and improve emotional or mental status.

At these low levels, many are as unaware of the effects of noticing psychedelic travel. Many say that emotion has nothing to do with the psychedelic experience.

Proponents of microdosing say that taking these psychedelics in small, measured doses benefits the mind and helps them think more clearly and feel more open throughout the day. Insist.
The more popular microdosing psychedelics are lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and silocibin mushrooms (mushrooms).

Others can microdosing other psychedelics such as N, N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT) and cactus peyote, but these seem to be less popular and harder to obtain.
