Larger books using an entire piece of paper for each page are good for coloring activities. If you use more word searches or are more interested in telling a story, opt for smaller paper or half sheets. Keep in mind that your child may want to take the book in their backpack, so make it small enough to fit. If your child will only play with it at home, you can afford to make a larger book.
