Introduction

Hi, my name is Jesse and I'm a conversion rate optimization (CRO) consultant. I help businesses increase their online revenue through data-driven optimization.
I've been in the CRO industry for over 6 years now and I've had the chance to work with some of the biggest brands in the world.
Despite all of that experience, I still hate TOP 10 CRO's.
Why?
Well, there are a few reasons...
The first reason is that the vast majority of them are nothing more than snake oil salesmen. They promise the world but deliver very little in terms of results.
Second, even the good ones are often overpriced. They charge exorbitant fees for their services, which is something that I simply can't justify to my clients.
And lastly, they often don't have the specialized knowledge that I have. I've spent years honing my craft and I'm constantly learning new things. I know the ins and outs of CRO, and I'm always up-to-date on the latest trends.
In short, I simply don't need TOP 10 CRO's.
I'm not saying that there aren't any good ones out there. I'm sure there are a few that are worth their salt.
But, in my opinion, they are far outweighed by the bad apples.
So, if you're looking for a good CRO consultant, I recommend that you steer clear of the TOP 10 CRO's. There are plenty of other great options out there top 10 CRO's.
II. The Reasons I Hate TOP 10 CROS
I'm sure you're familiar with the concept of a Top 10 list. You know, those popular culture lists that are compiled by magazines, websites, and TV shows in order to drive clicks and engagement. They're usually something along the lines of "The Top 10 Hottest Celebrities of 2018" or "The Top 10 Most Shocking Celebrity Breakups of 2017".
And while I'll admit that I'm sometimes guilty of clicking on these lists out of sheer curiosity, more often than not, I find them to be infuriating. And that's because, more often than not, the lists are complete bullshit.
Now, I know that there's no such thing as an objective Top 10 list. It's all subjective. But that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the blatant disregard for facts and logic that often goes into these lists.
For example, I recently came across a list of the "Top 10 CRO's". And, not surprisingly, it was complete bullshit.
First of all, the list was clearly biased towards certain CRO's. It was obvious that the person who compiled the list had some kind of personal vendetta against certain CRO's, and was using the list as a way to settle scores.
Second of all, the list was full of inaccuracies. In some cases, the information was flat-out wrong. In other cases, it was outdated or no longer relevant.
And third, the list was completely subjective. It was clear that the person who compiled the list had a very specific idea of what a "top" CRO was, and that idea didn't necessarily align with the reality of the situation.
So, if you're ever tempted to click on a Top 10 list, just remember that, more often than not, it's complete bullshit. And if you're ever tempted to compile a Top 10 list, just remember that you're probably going to piss a lot of people off.
III. Conclusion
Hello everyone,
Today, I am going to share with you all why I hate TOP 10 CRO'S.
First and foremost, I think that these lists are incredibly biased. I mean, sure, the people who make them are probably basing them off of experience or something, but that doesn't mean that the lists are accurate.
Second, I think that these lists create a false sense of security. I see so many people who think that just because a certain website is on a TOP 10 list, that it must be good. But that's not always the case.
Third, I think that these lists often leave out important information. For example, I once saw a list of the "Top 10 CRO's" that didn't even mention the fact that one of the companies on the list had recently been bought out by another company. I think that's pretty important information to leave out!
Fourth, I think that these lists often promote bad behavior. I see so many people who think that they need to do whatever it takes to get their website on one of these lists. But that's not always the best way to go about things.
Finally, I think that these lists are just a waste of time. I mean, sure, they might be helpful to some people, but I would much rather see someone spend their time actually working on their website than worrying about whether or not they're on a list.
So, there you have it! Those are just a few of the reasons why I hate TOP 10 CRO's.
